Atlanta (November 06, 2007) – MedStarts, LLC, a medical device incubator and technology brokerage firm, announced today that it has recently entered into an agreement with physician inventor and practicing ophthalmologist, David Palay, M.D., to support his Blepharitis treatment system.

Dr. Palay has created LidHygenix, a medical products company treating Blepharitis, an inflammation of the eyelids. The market for this unique technology has been estimated to be $5 to $70 million.
